The role of Concierge at OfficeScapes is highly visible and often the first and last impression with visitors to our office.  The Concierge is a polished professional who understands how to create exceptional customer experiences and is a resource to all visitors, giving them special attention and taking care of their needs.  It is absolutely necessary to be an expert communicator, have the ability to multi-task, and understand the importance of being a team player.

Concierge Responsibilities (but not limited to)
  • Manage the Customer Experience:
    • Greet and welcome visitors to our showroom giving them a highly hosted experience
    • Create and/or review action items on the Customer Experience Checklist and prepare for the showroom visit
    • Create a Customer Welcome Sign and display
    • Research and make recommendations on how to iterate the “Customer Experience” to keep it fresh and new (new resources for lunches, refreshments, thank-you gifts, F&B displays etc.)
  • Showroom management responsibilities include:
    • Maintain the appearance of the showroom, concierge desk and welcome area
    • Showroom pantry inventory and other showroom supplies
    • Turn on/off all MediaScapes and lights throughout the showroom
    • Refresh token cards throughout the showroom, HealthScapes area, and working office space. Responsible for ordering token cards through our supplier
    • Assist with tracking furniture samples that come in and out of the showroom
  • Internal Responsibilities:
    • Daily communications
      • Email:  Sales Team WINS and daily Customer Experience
    • Coordinate  and schedule courier and Fed Ex pick up/delivery and  billing
    • Schedule conference rooms and set up rooms for various meetings
    • Assist various departments with miscellaneous projects
